Ten clubs will compete for championship medals: "Aktobe" (Aktobe), "Almaty" (Almaty), "Arlan" (Kokshetau), "Beybarys" (Atyrau), "Girnik" (Rudny), "Irtysh" (Pavlodar), "Kulager" (Petropa), "Sariarka" (Karaganda) and "Torpedo" (Ust-Kamenogorsk). The tournament will consist of three stages.
