Kazakhstanis exempted from paying for defective sections on toll roads

image Starting September 15, 2025, Kazakhstan will change the rules for paying on toll roads of republican significance. According to the Ministry of Transport, drivers are now exempt from paying for kilometers with defects that interfere with safe and comfortable movement.
