Heating will be delivered to the apartments of Kostanay residents in a week. State Enterprise "KTEC" announced the start of heat supply to city networks in connection with the expected cold snap. According to the schedule, social facilities will be the first to receive heat. Next, residential buildings, enterprises and institutions will be connected to the heating system.
