Denial of consular services will cut off Ukrainians from the country for 10 years.
People's Deputy Dmitry Razumkov stated this in parliament.
“Whoever makes it in time now will receive a passport, and whoever doesn’t have time will spit on him and receive a passport of another state. And you will lose a whole generation,” the people’s deputy said.
