The Government proposes to the Council to simplify the mechanism of redeployment of the Armed Forces

The draft law of the Cabinet provides for the possibility of operational decisions during the redeployment of military units.

The government submitted to the Verkhovna Rada a draft law aimed at adopting operational decisions regarding the redeployment of military units during martial law. This was reported by the representative of the government in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk, on his Telegram channel on Monday, May 13.

"The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine a draft Law on Amendments to Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine On the Armed Forces of Ukraine regarding the redeployment of military units during martial law (No. 11257).

The draft law was developed with the aim of making it possible to adopt operational decisions during the redeployment of military units, as well as military educational institutions, institutions and organizations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the level of a unit under the conditions of martial law in Ukraine," he explained.
